@b l o o: Yeah, it also doesn't help that I'm super squishy and short torsoed. The ones I've got actually fit pretty good if I've got them tight enough, but I've also got a butt and thighs so when I sit that squish moves which helps to move the other squish. Gussets would probably be useful, but way harder to hide. I'm thinking I may work on actually looking some of my squish before investing lots of money into corsets again.

And fairly good. Not wanting to wait the 25ish minutes before I can go home.

@b l o o: I've got to figure out what exercises I really need to do to help tone my mid and lower tummies.

@b l o o: I have the balance of a fish with a broken swim bladder. AKA, none. So pilates and yoga tend to not work so well. But if you know some poses that would work for people with little to no balance, I'm willing to give it a shot.

@aellotyphoeus: there's actually a lady who makes really good youtube videos for pilates. i love them so much because they're more active than yoga. the only reason i struggled was because i didn't realize how out of shape i was when i started... lol.

She also has a really great line of workout clothes, but they're kind of expensive. XD;;;

So apparently I'm gonna have to start off slow or else my ankles are gonna kill me. So just a 15 or so minute walk today, or 3 rounds around our apartment building and the one next to it. I think I'll keep doing 3 for the rest of the week and then go to 4 and so forth.

Those look like decent workouts. Do you do any of them specifically?

Starting off slow is always a good idea!

but yeah, starting slow is best! don't wanna hurt yourself and then have to start over all over again.

@b l o o: If it didn't cost money to buy the beginners workout, I would totally use it. That said her website does have it for free so I may start that after a couple weeks of walking. I want to actually get in the habit of exercising before I attempt to go full hog. If gyms weren't so expensive, I'd love to go to one. I really miss the exercise machines. But it may help to get a little bit of this weight off before the gym so that I feel more comfortable.

@AelloTyphoeus: i don't know if you have one where you live, but planet fitness actually has a $10. o: it's really cheap! (i pay the $20 fee because i like to use the hydro massage chair after every workout. lol.) and they have a really chill environment, and even have rules against being a meat head (it's a corporate thing). anyways, that's just a tid bit of information in case you decide to look into it. > w <

her workouts are really amazing tho, and they'll definitely help with getting your stamina up. pilates is exhausting!

@b l o o: I'll have to check it out. Maybe in a month or so once exercise has become an official part of my day. But I honestly feel better after taking the walk, so maybe this will be good for me.

@AelloTyphoeus: exercising makes me feel good too. also helps me sleep at night and be more focused during the day. o u o; now if only i could drink enough water.

@b l o o: Remembering to drink water is like the hardest thing ever. I suck so bad at it. I almost need to set a reminder to do so. That's one thing the fitbit needs like mad! Mind you I'd need a reminder about every 5 minutes or so.

@AelloTyphoeus: i have an apple watch and it reminds you to "breathe" and "stand up" so i try to drink water when those alarms go off. XD there's probably an app for drinking reminders, i should look into that... o: that would be the most helpful thing ever.

there's also a water bottle that glows when it's time to drink more water. i can't remember what it's called, tho. there was a kickstarter for it some time ago and i really wanted one, but i think they're expensive.

@b l o o: Most useful things are expensive. That's the bad part.
