@Little Crane: wow that’s a really long time. The longest I’ve ever lived in a place was like 6 years? My current place I’ve only been living in since December.
@Totalanimefan: I did ask, I was incorrect. This specific apartment we have been in for twenty years, my parents lived in a smaller apartment for several years before I was born under the same landlord.

@Totalanimefan: My parents do. As I am not the one renting, or leasing, which ever term it is, I have little to do with him.

@Totalanimefan: I am thinking of putting Ryuo on hold and finishing the commons instead, so that I may be able to finish them sooner.

@Totalanimefan: I most likely could, if I were able to find one for sale. Twenty thousand is solely for Ryuo, the rest I put towards the commons.
