@Lufi: good luck with that. I really wish they showed you in the outer world if it was shiny or not.
@Totalanimefan: I wish they did too! At the same time though, some of the Pokemon run away when they spot you so I'd be really upset if there was a shiny and it disappeared. ;-;

"In love with this game and have a great team too. I like catching all the pokemon, enjoy the setting etc.... I wish it was more roaming, but the wild area is great. I wish they make more stores with other items that are unique to customization. It is already cool but I felt they kept the same trend from Sun and Moon. Wish they did more. The money system is better, I feel like you get more and can collect items better. I like the over all experience so far.

Cinderace: Fire Type: Level 46 (so far) named him Ares
Mudsdale: Ground Type: Level 44 (so far) named him Nino
Galar Rapidash: Psychic/ Fairy Type: Level 42 (so far) named her Amalthea (based on The Last Unicorn)
Noibat: Flying/ Dragon Type: Level 41 (so far) named him Dracula
Boltund: Electric Type: Level 44 (so far) named him Yellow.
Thievul: Dark Type: Level 44 (so far) named her Foxy
I love my team. I didn't go for the standard grass and water type like I normally do. Mudsdale is a strong pokemon. Cinderace has a great attack called Pyro Ball and animation is awesome. Also love the design. Rapidash is one of my favorites because its a Unicorn. Boltund is strong as well. And always loved by Noibat! Thievul is because I am really into foxes.

@MoonEevee: I like your team, it's very well rounded! I agree there's not enough roaming or side areas on the various routes to go back and explore. If I had to choose that or the wild area though, I'd go with wild area. I do wish there were more items for customization too, including more hairstyles.

The Wild Area is pretty neat and I love using the Wonder Trade, though they named it something else in this.

If I had to choose just one game, I would get Animal Crossing. I might be biased because it's one of my favorite games ever, but I imagine there's going to be way more content and things to keep you busy in Animal Crossing.
I just ordered myself a copy of pokemon shield. I can't wait for it to get here.

@Kay: Congrats. I can't wait until you start playing it. Make sure that you tell us what you like. ^^
@yoen: Both are/will be good games. Maybe get the series that you like the best? Or get AC and then get the 3rd version of this game when it comes out (like Crystal, Emerald, Platinum, etc). I really like this game but I do feel like they needed more time. The towns are beautiful but don't seem as lively as other games in the series. The Wild area and Pokemon camp are great though.
