@Addy: That's understandable ;u; I'd feel the same if it was me >.<

@Addy: I'm doing alright. I was doing some sketches for a commission, but then I remembered Supernatural was on and had to watch it ;u;
@samspyroxis: ooo haha, at least Supernatural is pretty easy to multitask to? It's usually an auditory show for me, and when it gets loud I know when to look lol
@Addy: I can do that if I'm watching reruns, but I can't when I'm watching an episode for the first time ;u; Shows over though, so now I can get back to work XD
@samspyroxis: Some episodes were a draaag for me to get through so I was able to just zone out and keep going haha.
I suppose it's time to catch up, but I need to figure out where I can watch it..

@Addy: I just watched the first two episodes of the new season. They had a few new characters as well as a few old ones being reintroduced so I wanted to pay attention for when they pop up again later ;u;
I've been addicted to this show since it first started too XD
@samspyroxis: ohh fair, yeah i should probably pay attention whenever i manage to get around to it then ;w;
It took me some time to get into it. I'm still not sure I'm like, a big fan, but it's definitely watchable.

Hai guys. Thought I'd poke my head in here and see what's been goin' on. :o
I watched a few seasons of Supernatural, but I can't say I'm a major fan either. The relationship between Sam and Dean is pretty cute, though. XD
@Addy: Yeah, it'd be good XD At least when they show who the big bad of the season is and a few of the hunters. I also know it's not for everyone though, but it clicked instantly for my mom and I. We've been watching it since :3
@Dowan: Yeah, that's the main reason I watch and it's definitely a core element for the show. It started off so simple, just two brothers killing monsters with each other to find their dad... Now it's such an emotional roller coaster ;n; For me in a good sense, I guess? Not so much that the show keeps making me super sad, but good that it's got me so attached to the characters in that sense. Hopefully that makes sense? ;u;
@SamSpyroxis: Oh, you watch with your mom? That's awesome! I've always wanted to share some of my shows with family, but most of what I watch is anime and they're not into it. XD
Makes perfect sense to me! At first, Sam and Dean are so together in the sense that they can more or less agree on how things needs to be done, but a lot of stuff hits the fan and now you have major conflict. Their views each season change dramatically, and I imagine in the present season, they each think and do things a lot differently from when it first started. That type of development, and how their interaction shifts to match it is a reflection of good writing. ^^
I'm a nerd when it comes to writing. LOL
@Dowan: Yeah, I mean we don't watch it together now as much as before, but we still do sometimes. We started watching it in season one, first episode and have been watching since.
That's totally true though, they used to have such similar views, and now they've each got their own viewpoints and are usually trying to convince the other that they're the one who's on the right path.
@SamSpyroxis: I'm honestly a bit surprised it's still going on. So many things have happened already at where I am... which is, from what I can remotely recall... season 4 or 5? I'm really behind but life and other shows got in the way. One of my favorite things about the show was how each episode felt new and different.
Sometimes with long-running shows, you see writers fall into a routine of repeating the same gimmicks or forcing characters to do uncharacteristic things so they can move the plot along, but I never really felt that way.
I think the only reason I can't get into it again is because it's a little dark and kind of a hard series to marathon, if that makes sense?
@Dowan: Yeah they're in... Season 13 I believe? I'm honestly kinda surprised myself, but I'm definitely not upset about it XD (not yet anyway?)
I haven't actually watched a show for as long as I've watched Supernatural to be honest... But I have heard complaints about it in other shows.
I personally like that it's kinda dark XD Then again I also marathoned it over the summer a few years ago with seasons 1-7... ^^; But I can see how some people might feel that way.
@SamSpyroxis: I feel like the older I get, the more I look for light-hearted stuff to break the string of dark content I enjoy so much. I LOVE violence, gore, and dark themes in general, but I also write dark material, and play dark games! It's like darkness overload at some points. LOL
I recently started playing Bloodborne and Dark Souls which are two very... depressing games in atmosphere, and I honestly miss some good ole JRPG fun. Doesn't make those things any less awesome though. ;D

@Dowan: That's understandable! I used to write too, but stopped after high school... It kinda makes me sad because I used to be fairly decent at writing, I just lost interest in writing my own things after a while and eventually stopped writing all together. I tried again recently, and when I reread for typos and things later it just sounded awkward so I gave up again ^^; The things I wrote before though were pretty dark too (I think my creative writing teacher was slightly concerned....?)
I've played Bloodborne a few times... But I suck so I'm still on like... the first level I think? XD I tried Dark Souls aaaaages ago, and I didn't realize it was a game where you die a lot so I quit playing ^^; I personally prefer rpgs/jrpgs myself game wise.
I used to do some writing too but I realized I'm better with pictures than words... so I'm mostly working on comics now, hahah. Thinking about the past writing things makes me wanna work on old comics again now oh no...
I picked up Bloodborne a while back but I never got very far. Maybe a boss or two deep, then I got sidetracked with other stuff. ;w;

I've never played Bloodborne myself.
Just... not really into the rage quit style games -0 which I've heard that one is, lol.
And I love writing, and arting, myself~<3
One of these days I'll actually have a published novel to my name. XD

@lunakiri: I wish you luck!! I always wanted to get a novel published, but I think I'll settle for a graphic novel instead. :3 Even a small print run at this point will be so cool with me.
My senior project in college was about narrative in art. Since I was an illustration major, comics and storyboards and the like are the most important to me. I WANNA TELL A STORY. BUT I WANNA SHOW YOU, NOT .. WRITE IT ALL OUT..

@Addy: I really wanna try making a comic since I think I'd be better at that now than full on writing ;u; I'd probably do little one off strips to start though, since I'm not sure I'd be able to keep up with it just yet ;u;
I should try playing Bloodborne again to see if I can get any further XD
@Lunakiri: I'm not usually into them either, but as long as I know before hand that that's the style of game it is it's usually okay XD I rage quit on Dark Souls because I didn't know it was that kind of game XD
Ooh, that sounds exciting! :D Good luck with that!
