Oh nice! Yeah even small things can make big impacts if you change it consistently. I have a bad habit of .. well... having bad habits lol.

I just have to remember to not put as much on my plate. I'll want to eat it all. I'm pretty good with snacks though if I'm being conscious of it.
I have been known to space out though and accidentally the whole thing.
[ I have done that. Nowadays though, eating too much just makes me really sick to my stomach. I've switched from like Hot Pockets to like a salad instead. XD ]
Salads are hard to digest. T^T If I'm snacking responsibly I'll either just get a taste of something, or go for something with protein like nuts.

I have cookies now that I am on vacation. But at home I will go to having none again.
[ Thankfully right now we don't have anything snacky, and I have no means to get anything. Though I do kind of want some string cheese. ]
Oh I def do the cookie thing. I actually try to keep a stash for emergencies, but I also try to save them for emergencies lol.
[ Lol I just couldn't give up sodas cold turkey, so I just went with diet instead. Which isn't really any better for you. ]
It cuts out the sugar but yeah. I never could get used to the artificial sweetener though. Actually that's not true, they started making some with splenda now and those are ok.
[ I can't do diet Sprite, that stuff is just awful. ]
I've heard Dr. Pepper is decent as a diet drink, but I hate regular Dr. Pepper so I've never tried it.
[ Diet and regular Dr. Pepper doesn't taste any different, so that's what I usually drink. ]
[ I've actually been drinking more water lately, and sometimes I don't even want soda. Sometimes I just want juice. TwT ]
