The UPS guy comes to my door, tells me there is a package in his van and we walk there together to pick it up
UPS just seems way easier to deal with.
The FedEx guys just bitch and moan constantly about doing anything that requires extra effort. Which is why I keep asking my family to not order from Wal-Mart's website anymore, they ship exclusively with FedEx.
