I have hated her since we were toddlers, and she has no idea. -w- I came out of the shower and just stared at me until I escaped into my room. Every time I do anything she just stares. Bitch you don't have to turn and watch every time I leave my room or bathroom.
It makes it uncomfortable whenever I've had a shower. -shudders- she just stares at things, mouth open, absolutely nothing going on up stairs.
She did that the other day while her child was struggling to breathe from a stopped up nose. Not bothering to help him at all.
I still believe that child should be removed from her by the CPS.
I have no idea why she has a child, soon to be children. And Angelus I agree with you, which apparently makes me heartless.

I've discussed this with my family on multiple occasions, and I've been told to not to report them every time.
So do it behind their idiotic backs.
I've been debating with myself about reporting them ever since I was told some very disturbing truths about their household. He's got an appointment to test for starting pre-school. This was prompted by like a case worker lady, HOW DOES SHE NOT SEE THE NEGLECT!
Perhaps use photos if possible.
