I woke up at 11:45 (well, first 8, but I decided to lay down a bit more) and it’s now 1:40 pm. In those 2 hours, I already had 3 mugs of coffee.

I just had a long walk (6.2km) with one dog and a short, slow walk with the old dog.

it is pretty cold out today, so I aint going outside for anything. and I am feeling like I could puke again, but I am hoping that it don't happen. I puked days ago and then felt sick yesterday and now today I feel gross so. I am going to take an easy.

@Unicorn: I walk between 5 and 8 km per day nowadays
I had that yesterday. I had the funeral of my landlord and I went on just a bowl of cereal on 3 pm. It was really cold and, by the time I got home, I was tired and cold, I became nauseous.
But then I slept from 11 pm until 11.45 am and felt better.
@Tuijp: awe I am so sorry to hear that your landlord past I didn't know he was sick or anything I thought he was doing well. but I am sorry to hear that you weren't feeling well. sleep is good, but it is great to hear that you are walking a lot.

@Unicorn: he wasn’t too well the last few months and his health slowly went down. He was 88 years old, but he still went to the USA last year, to ride his bicycle around.
Walking helps me sleep better at night and to get my overall health up. People around me are all getting sick with the flu and, before, I would get it hard soon. Right now, I’m still going strong, without even feeling a bit sick.
Yeah winter time is awful when you wake up early.
