We used to have labooca at our gym. I have done that a couple times. But they stopped with it.
Well I'm hoping that I can keep up with it, maybe get back into some of my favorite shirts. Don't need to get skinny, just smaller.
Zoomba is not that heavy. Labooca that I did a couple times on the other hand...
