@Tuijp: 4 more days to March! I want spring to come but at the same time...its gonna be alot of work and I'm gonna miss the lazy winter days.
@Tuijp: I do significantly more art in wintertime. The rest of the year seems to just eat my time like crazy. Nobody expects much of others in winter. Its like everyone hibernates and I get peace and quiet.

Oh sorry, its a habit. I imagine hibernating doesn't feel so great when you wake up after three months and your bones creak and your muscles aren't used to moving.

I hope he is doing all sorts of magic wherever he is. :vanora_xd: I saw this movie with him once where he was a general and he walked around his office with a pink doll he had bought for his daughter. It was kinda cute. He had so much bigger problems but he was stressing out if his daughter wanted the singing doll or the one that dances.

The most scarring for me was watching Charles Dance..dance in a leopard skin dress and heels... it was not okay.

ah whew! I clicked the link. (I am suspicious of links on forums, much weird stuff when I was younger) I have seen that movie before. I know there was a fallen star that became a girl, besides that I can't remember much. I wonder how much they had to bribe him to do the scene or did he really just wanna do it for fun. :vanora_xd:

A guy from the first world, goes into the fantasy world to get a star and give to a girl he fancies. He then finds out she is a girl and they go through a lot of things.
@Tuijp: Huh...I remember she got hit on the head with a piece of jewelry and then fell from the sky and made a huge crater in the ground where she landed. People started chasing them because the person that found that piece of jewelry would be the next king. Are we talking about the same movie?
I feel like I would enjoy the book better. The movie is abit weird :vanora_xd: The book might make slightly more sense.
Stardust the book is awful. It's slow and boring as fuck. But there is a lot more to it in the book than the cut to pieces movie (which I prefer). I'm biased though, since I don't like any of Neil Gaiman's books.
I looked up which other books he has written and he wrote Coraline! *shudders* most disturbing animated movie I have ever seen.
