@Unicorn: My mom has a really bad knee and needs surgery, but everyone says it's just gonna be as bad as it was before with a new knee. x_x
@Shark: people who get surgery on their knees end up having to not have it worse,
their better off having surgery everyone I know that has had knee surgery don't have any problems.
but if you have back surgery than things just get worse to be honest

@Unicorn: Yeah my mom also has a bad back. xD But apparently there's nothing wrong with it though.
@Shark: has she had any accidents in the past, or gotten a
2nd opinion from a different doctor, in a different state?
2nd opinion from a different doctor, in a different state?
@Unicorn: Not that I know of, and no. She's supposed to be getting physical therapy to help.
@Shark: awe I am so sorry to hear that, I hope that things get better for your mum soon
@Unicorn: thanks, I hope so too. xD; It's hard to deal with when there's like nothing I can do to help.
@Shark: try asking the physical therapy worker who works with your mum
if they are any exercises you could help your mum do at home

@Shark: physical therapy might run a little bit easier and things might get a lot better for your mum
@Unicorn: I think the big thing is losing some weight... but that's pretty hard.
@Shark: Ooh I know it is pretty hard, even trying to lose the weight one puts on to carry a baby for 9 months.
@Shark: it really isn't for some it is but not all, and I've been doing a lot to loose my weight.
@Shark: I know how that goes all to well.
If you can’t say something nice, Don’t say anything at all!
@Unicorn: definitely not fun. :p I wish I could find some magical cure.
