@Unicorn: My mom has a really bad knee and needs surgery, but everyone says it's just gonna be as bad as it was before with a new knee. x_x

@Shark: people who get surgery on their knees end up having to not have it worse,
their better off having surgery everyone I know that has had knee surgery don't have any problems.
but if you have back surgery than things just get worse to be honest

if they are any exercises you could help your mum do at home
