@Shark: Like you're having trouble sleeping because of your body, or because of external factors? DD:
@Kozi: yeah, my body just won't let me. But it's almost bedtime, so there's that...
@Shark: They say a glass of milk makes the tummy happy and can make you sleepy.
....That is, if you're not lactose intolerant. XDD;;

@Shark: I feel like I got good sleep when I was young. Maybe it has something to do with your neural pathways being literally newer, I don't know. Or maybe just less stress.
Oh my love, I know you are my candyman

@Kozi: yeah, I also slept well when I was a kid. Then just all of a sudden it's like Nope!
I must have slept too well as a young kid.
I wet the bed for a long time...Until I was like 13, I think.
Really sucked waking up, but going to bed felt nice cuz I had clean sheets every night.
Between 19 and 21, I had sleep paralysis often.
These days, I'm restless at night and need sleep aid medication, or else I lie awake a looong time.

The doc prescribed me ambien and it did absolutely nothing for my sleep. I just felt nauseous. I wonder if there's something else that would work.
