gums are a bit unhappy, warmed up some chicken broth and drank it. apparently 'warm' even room temp is 'to warm' so won't be trying that again haha.

@vengeance: Did you buy any pusheen ornaments?

@Lithinel: Depending on the nature of your trauma, you might have to talk it out with someone, or you might get anxiety with stuff related to it. Like Queen of Trash, my inbox is open, and I’m not a judgmental person. But if you would feel better talking with a close friend or a therapist, you should do that. :)

@Tsundererra: Thank you so much. I actually did talk to my therapist about it yesterday during my appointment with her, since I struggle with anxiety and depression. But her advice wasn't that helpful. She was trying to tell me to not avoid thinking about the situation, but it only triggers me more if I do, or think of anything remotely related to it.

Friday hasn't been too bad though. Thanks. I'm just, still recovering so it hasn't been great.

@Lithinel: Oh man, your therapist sounds like the one I had in university. I felt like thinking about the things that give me anxiety and made me feel like sh*t just made me feel worse. ): And having an anxious mind just makes it feel worse. Sorry that you’re dealing with all of this.
Did you have work or anything today?
