Well yeah...says the person who DOESN'T have to deal with the thoughts that are either anxiety provoking or traumatic...and who doesn't haven't to deal with them not just inside therapy, but outside of therapy (when there's no therapist to help) as well. Like this experience has even kept me up the past few nights. I already suffer from severe anxiety and depression to begin with, so having to face one of my biggest anxiety-provoking situations and having a bad experience with it. (Like if I were to rate the anxiety before and after the experience, it would be 100% both times.) doesn't help at all.
@star2000shadow: Dang...that sounds terrible...I can't even imagine how it could be worse...if I'm being honest though, I'm not doing so well at all. I'm still trying to recover from an experience that was traumatic for me from Wednesday. But after hearing your situation, I feel bad about still being traumatized about my experience. :/
