The way I do is, is basically the first 7-10 days people can buy a slot for the group piece.
Leaves me a couple weeks to finish it in time for the 'due date' (Halloween, this month. Then Christmas, or New Years, depending on which I decide,e tc)
So I'll have the funds - if it goes well - for Christmas gifts XD
