need that branding on point
@eleven: Most of them comes down to taste and some of them are made from differnt types of cows. And then there is goat cheese. Some type of cheese like nagelkaas (nail cheese) have stuff added to them. Nail cheese has clove & cumin added.
@vengeance: mmm while the name nail cheese doesn't sound the most appetizing. that combo does sound great :d
