We're doing okay. We got our house back (kind of)

She signed off on it, we paid, and we made sure her ex had a copy of the paperwork too.
Now we have to evict her cause she's refusing to leave and squatting at the house.
My hubs already started some of the remodel so we plan to stick at my sis's place until we get most of the work done anyway.
So we're closer to going home. And we won't be letting her back, like ever again once we get her out.
So we won't have to worry about her hurting kiddo or traumatizing him more.
Now we have to evict her cause she's refusing to leave and squatting at the house.
