Anya just laughed lightly.

"Should you really bring that bitch up with anyone?" She asked honestly.

"Because, honestly? I think she's a headache for most, if not all, people in their right mind." She added before sighing lightly.

"It's just... a matter of waiting for her to wake. Maybe she'll be able to give any sort of information regarding what the hell happened to her. I ... doubt that swim was intentional."

"It happens." Anya said for a soft smile.

"It's something that happens." She paused a moment before sighing.

"I'm honestly more worried about her, anyway."

In the end, the call with Angela had gone smoothly, and they made their way through the building - Jake carrying the elf while Anya headed off to find some clothing.

Angela, meanwhile, kindly kicked Jake out so she could tend to the unknown elf, and requested that he made his way to give Hal the information about there being someone new there. She was completely unaware of how Anya was already on the way there after getting dressed though.

The demon knocked on his office door, and waited.

Anya nodded.

"We were at the beach, and I found an elf in one of the underwater caverns." She told him honestly.

"Brought her here to Angela, as we weren't sure that taking her to the standard hospital here would be such a good idea." She paused a moment before sighing.

"I think she's a wood elf, if her ears and hair are anything to go by. She was almost dead when I Found her, as well."

Anya just sighed. She realised that what he said was true, that there were a few choice elves that would be better off eradicated, but also that the overall eleven population should be saved.

"exceptions aside, of course." She commented before smiling softly.

"If you can, that'd be grand. I realise that he's. Rather key part of the operation here, so it's perfectly all right if you can't. We won't be too pissed about it."

Anya just laughed lightly.

"Any idea if anyone is available now?" She asked.

"I mean... I'm here now." She added.

"I can easily pop down there now if there's someone who is available for it for the moment." She paused a moment.

"Or I can send some in with Jake when he comes in tomrorow."

Anya just laughed.

"I make no promises! Although the fact that I have to have the glamour off for that, I don't think it'll be much of an issue." She commented.

"Hormones tend to fade... quickly at that... when they see the spider features." She added with a light shrug.

"anyway, I'm going to head down there. If you happen to see Jake before I do, let him know where I am please."

"Oh? Perfect timing." Kiah commented with a laugh.

"See you soon, Kiah!" Anya called before heading off once Hal told her that there wasn't anything else that he needed to speak with her regarding.

About an hour later, there was a knock on Hal's office door. Once he beckoned them to enter, Angela made her way in.

"Hey,. about that elf..." She started before sighing.

"She's undergone serious trauma. I don't know what happened, but she's covered in scars, some very faded, others that are still healing." She told him honestly.

"And no, she hasn't woken yet. She was barely alive by the time I got her. I don't know what kind of mana was used on her, but whatever it was, it's working to kill her and I'm not entirely convinced she'll make it through." She paused a moment before finishing.

"I've done all I can."

"It's rather shocking that she has the chance, yeah." Angela agreed with a light sigh.

"I'll keep you posted, without a doubt." She added.

"But, while I'm here, is there anything I should know, or anything you want to ask or whatever?"

'Not letting me properly use any mana to help." Angela answered.

"It's... purely via mortal means. Has to be." She continued.

"I've never come across mana that interfered so soluidly before, and I'm not entirely sure how to handle it, either."
