@vengeance: I did some gardening earlier and refilled the bird feeders. Now, I'm just trying to get a couple small things done online before starting the dinner and evening routine. What did you watch?
Forums Vibrance Day Event 2020 From me with love
@Wildfire: I watched the first two episodes of Rugal. It is a Korean Sifi-Triller.
@Wildfire: Let me put the Synopsis under a spoiler since it's far from PG13.
Kang Ki-Beom (Choi Jin-Hyuk) is an elite detective. He is currently investigating the criminal organization Argos, but, when he comes home, he finds several men in masks. His wife is murdered by the masked men sent from Argos. They beat Kang Ki-Beom and cut out both of his eyeballs. When Kang Ki-Beom wakes up, he finds himself in the hospital and he is accused of murder. The NIS then approaches Kang Ki-Beom. He is selected to become a member of Rugal, a special team organized by the NIS. Through biotechnology, he gains two artificial eyeballs with a special ability. Kang Ki-Beom and the Rugal team set out to take down criminal organizations.
@vengeance: Ah! I think I've run across that show ... didn't watch it, but the synopsis sounds familiar
@Wildfire: I just hate shows that are currently running XD Always get impatient for the next episode.
@vengeance: LOL! Yeah, me too, usually. Sometimes, though, it gives you something to look forward to (in times like... oh... lock-down quarantine /eyeroll/ )
@Wildfire: I try to make the most out of my quarantine time. Instead of watching stuff I could also go read more stuff. But so far only read 1 book.
@vengeance: Yes, I'm trying to make the most of it as well. And although I'm usually almost always reading, I haven't much felt like reading since this whole thing began. It's a little strange TBH
@Wildfire: Hmm. I haven't watched a TV show in ages but since this quarantine I suddenly feel like watching them again. Me playing games however is less now during quarantine.
@vengeance: I don't watch much TV either, but there's something about being home with this situation that TV does seem to have more of an appeal somehow.
@Wildfire: Before the quarantine I always tried to push myself to watch more movies/tv shows again. But I would always be like "I could also just game". And now it's the opposite XD
@vengeance: The action of being stuck in quarantine introduces a type of stress that we are not normally used to dealing. It's normal that our "usual" things get dumped on their heads a bit. After all, the whole world got dumped on its head, and we're all just trying to cope.
@Wildfire: Yeh exacly. Now starting up the sims to work on a sim again XD
@totalanimefan: I see you online
@sunny: Hey there
@vengeance: So you're adjusting. That's good.
@Totalanimefan: -waves- How are you today?
@Totalanimefan: -waves- How are you today?
@Wildfire: I am trying to recreate a korean actor. But those eyes. Urggh.
@Totalanimefan: My day was good. How is your day?
@vengeance: It sounds like you've set yourself a challenge! Good luck - especially with the eyes... they make or break an expression and identity (if you're recreating a known person).
@Totalanimefan: Self care is important. I'm glad you got a chance to do some of that.
I'd love to see some changes for the better in terms of government, but I don't know that Earth Day will have much an effect on that, unfortunately.
