I suppose it ranges state to state, that was Michigan for me and I'm certain it's all different depending on location and sometimes even county x-x

Most states legally require you to be 16+ anyways, but that can also be waived with parental permission in some cases too. It can be pretty strict! I used to work with some 16-17 year olds at a previous job. If they were clocked in one minute past 10 pm on school nights we could've gotten in trouble. D:
