Oils imo are probably the ritziest, or at least can be. Even some of the cheaper sets are like $20 a TUBE ;__;

@lady luna: it's kinda like acrylic but a little easier to work with in some cases? more opaque and not so blendy from what i can tell, so it would lend itself well to the kinda stuff i do

idk about it being ritzier since i've seen some cheap af sets floating around haha
