Honestly I should start carrying like protein bars or granola bars in my bad at all times. Except it's been a very long time since I had the shakes.

It was very awful, I was so dizzy and just wanted to get off the escalator as fast as possible. Luckily eating does make it better and I become normal again. Bananas obviously are best. It also doesn't happen to me like a lot, just every once and a while I just zero out and my body decides it's done working.

The time it happened at the mall was very badly timed. It was after I found out that my ex had cheated on me at a party, and the friend who talked him into doing it ran into me while I was getting ready to faint. He thought I was so mad that it caused me to shake. -w- luckily I did make it to my mom's office, and to some food to help.

Oh yeah, I had it happen to me at the mall once. Was incredibly scary trying to get myself to safety.
