I've always skipped like this, since I started having periods. Usually I just get a 'don't worry about it'. Although, I'm pretty sure I'm going to finish this year without a period. Lmao I once had a male (because of course) doctor tell me, I skipped because my brain just really doesn't want a period.
This isn't scary enough for my mom to look into getting me help. So most likely I'll never know what's up, til I'm dead. 'Cause that's cheaper and easier.

A friend of mine thinks it's pcos. I don't have insurance so I'll never know what's up, just live without a period.
