>w> I am sorry that I bitch about this so much.

Posted in The sanctuary Posted 6 years ago

I'll figure it out. Hopefully.

Posted in The sanctuary Posted 6 years ago

I believe so yes.

That's actually a good idea. Because even though they're not supposed to share who you are, they always do. That's how we learned it was the guidance counselor at my elementary school was the one who reported my family.

I don't know. When he's about I'll ask the police officer friend.

Exactly. I can empathize up to a point, but the current child and the soon to be child are in danger. Ugh you can't anon report online in my state. >_< I don't want my name involved.

My family believes that because my cousin loves her son, she's who's best for him. That's just not true. There's also the fact my cousins were abused by their foster family when they got removed from their parents. So it makes my mom and uncle nervous, and of course Cousin 2. And lastly, there's resentment there because my family was reported once when my brother and I were kittens.

It makes me so deeply angry that no one in my family understands why doing nothing is wrong.

My cousin is why I understand the argument for forced sterilization.

That's the one with the massive moobs who walks around shirtless all the time.

My cousin once came over here to beg for my ramen because they literally had nothing else for the toddler to eat.

He's 3 and still uses diapers, because he won't get up to tell people he has to go. That tells me he's learned to not bother. He'll hit you to get his way, which that learned behavior worries me the most. He's not talking as much or as well as he should be. Just. There's so much about this that weighs in on me, and he's not my child.

There being two really concerns me. Cousin 2 lives with them, as does Cousin 3 (all three sibs live together in a two room home plus baby daddy). She told me once that baby daddy whenever he gets paid spends all his money on like hot pockets and delivery pizza. He'll get two larges, take one whole large and half of the second one for himself and leaves like five slices for the others to share.

I'm hoping that those teachers realize they need to contact DCF, that way there'll be multiple reports from different people. I doubt he'll pass though.

I said that, but I understand why the case worker is oblivious. She's just there to make sure the toddler is progressing mentally. Granted he's massively delayed.

Actually a year ago I told the toddler's aunt, Cousin 2, that if they can't start having enough food in their home I was going to report them.

I've been debating with myself about reporting them ever since I was told some very disturbing truths about their household. He's got an appointment to test for starting pre-school. This was prompted by like a case worker lady, HOW DOES SHE NOT SEE THE NEGLECT!
