That would indicate that the item is too old. From the home page: Following the closing of the old Solia, we're transferring items that were released from May 2016 until the date the old site closed. This item transfer is being done simply as a thank you to the people that supported us when times were really tough. Some items that may have existed previously will be redone for many reasons mostly though because the item is too incompatible with the new system without being remade.

ah so remade items won't be transferred since they're technically a 'new' item. i figured as much. still kinda sucks to see items i used to have not available to me anymore :/

Sorry for the wait, I wanted to get confirmation before answering. Items which fall within the time frame will transfer. Items which are not in the time frame will not. Being remade doesn't matter, all items have been remade in some way. Some only needed slight updates or edits to be compatible with the new system. Others, usually ones where the files for it have gone missing or are corrupted have to be remade entirely. No matter the extent of the work which needs to be done to it, the items time frame is what matters."
