It is a problem during disasters like this. Fake charities stealing money, gas price gouging, ass holes collecting the flooded cars after the disaster is over to resell even though the car won't ever be driveable again. People are dicks. Big ol' bags of dicks.

@Lily: Price gouging like that is very illegal in Florida.

@Lily: Actually a gas station got into a lot of shit because they jacked up gas to over 7 bucks to capitalize on the emergency. And there are people who honest to the gods believe that Irma is a hoax created by liberals.

This avie art on the wall thing reminds me, back when I was younger I'd get paints out whenever anyone came over to my house for the first time and have them paint something on my bedroom wall. Good times.

@Lily: She's still pretty strong, but by the time she reaches me it'll just be tropical storm level winds. And it's pretty solidly, I'm not in the direct line of fire.

I have no intention of leaving my house. Like I said on Solia though, my ex did offer for me to stay at his place. But nah, 1 my furbabies and 2 I'm not ditching my family.

Good news, it looks like Irma isn't going to be too rough for me. If the forecasts are to be believed. Probably will lose power at some point which will suck.

Nope not just that one day, I've periodically tested it. I just can't donate anymore.

I have had bloodwork done and everything was fine. No idea why all of a sudden I can't handle a simple donation. Like I legit fainted after donating once, smack in the middle of town. Not a place you want to faint.

All I drink is water or gatorade.

I've asked the folks who work at the clinic, and they think I might not be hydrated enough. I don't think that's it though, because I used to be able to do it just fine. Nothing in my lifestyle has changed.
