@Hachi: To be honest, I could probably do it all online, but sometimes it's just better on my eyes to read a book instead, lol.
And so far I've only done modern locations, but I like the idea of delving into another time period! Thanks for the suggestion!
Honestly, if I could afford to, I would like to visit these locations myself to see what they're actually like. For the most part I like experiencing things myself so I can understand how they work. o:

@Hachi: tbh I kind of do the same thing, so I feel like I can't really say anything about it xD
mmmm, but anyway, I actually had to omit some stuff because it tied to three other characters, and then I would have had to explain their story for it to make sense, and then it truly would have been too much, lol.
I think it's safe to say everything you read is old stuff, though. Aside from the brief description info thing I gave you for the commission, I haven't written anything concerning this reworking of Jordan. o:
So yeah, currently trying to figure out everything else. x) I went to the library today and did some research, so I now have a list of possible places where he could be living. Have to look into each place further, though. Also started working on his diet, lol. I feel like he'd be a clean eater. o:
Lastly, aside from possibly alleviating the loneliness he feels as a siren, he wouldn't particularly care to have siblings, lol.
