“Ready.” She nodded, moving to hold onto the console with a shy smile.

He stayed close to the edge of the rink, smiling warmly. “Take your time. It’s ok.”

“Oh. That sounds fun.” She smiled warmly.

Just really easily distracted since we moved haha.

He gently led them both to the rink, stepping on first and going slow for her.

“Really? What do you do on Christmas Eve?” She asked curiously

He grinned sheepishly, standing up and holding a hand out for her once she was ready.

She blushed a little but nodded. “I think so..” she said softly, moving over to the console.

He grinned a bit, “I bet it still suits me.” He said thoughtfully, sticking his skates on.

Artemis woke up a few hours later, oops.. she had definitely slept a little too much. Maybe all the food? She slipped off the bed and headed for the bathroom, wanting to change and take a quick shower before heading out. Once she was done, she pulled her hair back in a clip and headed out..

He grinned, telling his shoe size to the worker, “Should be fun. I’ll try not to pull you down if I fall.”

“We exchange family gifts before Santa brings Christopher his.” He texted back. “You’re welcome to join. Everyone will be here.”

“It’s been a while since I’ve done it too.” He admitted, smiling and leading her to it.
