“We’d Love to see you Christmas Day. Might be fun for Arty. Or perhaps even Christmas Eve. You two could stay here and she could wake up to presents under the tree.” He texted back, throwing ideas to her.

“No.” He said softly. “And the conversation is done. Try anything and I will, in fact, call more than just the cops.” He said calmly, leading Trin away and keeping himself between the two still.

She beeped gently again, glad to have helped.

Jack sent a message just then, wondering when the Doctor would like to come for Christmas so they could set the date. Christopher was excited to see them.

“Mm. No. That only goes for children under the age. Seeing as she’s a legal adult she doesn’t have to listen to you.” He said thoughtfully. “Ah- And.. she could technically press charges for harassment.”

The tardis beeped warmly, happy to give the little Nayu a present. She beeped again gently, glad the Doctor was happy to be with her.

He blinked a few times and raised an eyebrow. “I do believe that Trinity is old enough to make her own decisions. She is not a little girl.” He said quite calmly. “Honestly from her reaction at hearing you and being in close vicinity to you, I would advise to keep your distance.”

He watched the woman closely, already moving to stand between the two women. Some humans never changed did they?

The tardis beeped a few times, a little compartment opening up on the console. She had a new screwdriver waiting. It looked like a smaller version of one the Doctor had a few faces ago, complete with the green light.

The Doctor put an arm around Trin protectively, turning to look at the woman. He could tell go tense Trin was all of a sudden.. and that made him assume she wasn’t welcome.

The tardis beeped warmly, she loved seeing her Doctor so happy! She wanted to get a gift

“Let’s go get them. We can stock up.” He said softly.

She blushed, yawning and sending ‘Thank you’ before laying down nd falling asleep.

He smiled softly, taking her hand and leading her outside. “Do you need to stock up on things?”

‘Would you mind helping..? I can pay you back.. somehow.’ she hated asking for help with this but.. the only other way to buy one was right in front of the Doctor asking her for money herself.

He smiled gently, “Nows your turn to rest.” He said softly, patting her again.
