They may be but when they make a mistake they only want to cover themselves. I've been left with nothing and they won't even answer my messages. Pissed that they went behind my bank and screwed me up with them. I was good. For so long I was good, then this happens.~

@Boris: Yep. They're nice because you don't have to jump through legal hoops. Though I'm not glad this stuff happens period, the stuff leading up to the lawsuit.~

@Unicorn: Beats me. Maybe they're trying to divert blame from themselves by saying that. They can call it elephants on unicycles breaking in as long as they don't shove it on me, give me my money back, smooth things over with my bank, and fix anything else I haven't mentioned. -

They finally contacted me and told me it could be a fraud. Hopefully they can smooth things over with my bank too. Got hit there.-
@Boris: Not for class action lawsuits. Just enter proof of what happened and you're in.~

I wish. From all the complaints I've read people ether wait forever or don't get anything solved. Been getting automatic messages since I found out then sent an actual message to someone at VI((6)) AM It's now a bit after IV:XXX((4:30)) PM.-
