Hot shower on your neck. And move your neck in small movements. Start by looking left and right as much as you can. And try to do small circles, clockwise and counter. I get stiff neck every now and then and OMG does it suck. If it lasts any longer than like 4 days, go to drs cause thats def not good.

-Was just going to say this. I know this from experience.
Hope your neck gets better soon though.-
