@xvz: just 3 days. it was like a weekend get away during the week lol. we just walked around, shopped, ate good food. We gambled a little bit but mostly it was walking and hotel hopping. you can walk in and out of the hotels to gamble and/or shop.

The bigger hotels have retail shops inside.

@Totalanimefan: I do hear it’s expensive. How much is gas there? It’s ok Average 4.25 here and when I was in Vegas it was 5.35. Of course I didn’t need gas but it was shocking to see the dollar jump.
@sunny: yeah we were lucky sometimes if there are a lot of events that have passed and there is a lull then you can maybe find good prices apparently. I don’t know where to look, my sister did all of the booking. But she did a good job lol!

@Totalanimefan: YESSSS. the western, west coast girls are experiencing something VERY different with that dry heat. but i actually like it. i know for a fact that i would need to start bringing sunscreen because even though i am black and i've never been sun burnt, THAT SUN THERE IS SERIOUS. had i stayed any longer outside than i did, i'd have been burnt to a crisp.

california is next on my list i think....i don't know where i'd like to go there but i want to see it. one of my friends i think is staying in san francisco at the current moment
