@MoodyB: i completely understand~ i guess i want to do it with my sister so that someone can watch me and it just helps keep me accountable for doing it. but i dunno how it will really work out lol

@MoodyB: yeah, i have a friend who is a personal trainer. i asked him because he owed me a favor. he is going to try to design me a workout plan i can do at home without having to go to a gym that i can do throughout the year.

I only have one and that is to start to exercise a bit. I do not have a body goal or anything. I just want to be intentional about getting in shape and getting toned in the stomach and arms. They are flabby. My legs too but I wear pants a lot so i can hide that
