mdom - I get them tightened every month.
Normally I just chew on a teething toy to help but today my mom suggested trying to eat something cold.

I'm good. I just got back from the dentist to get my braces tightened. D:
They numbed me this time to add the last two brackets (?) and now the numbness wore off so I'm in pain.
Thankfully cold things kinda help soothe it so I got myself some ice cream.
