Well you still have some time to figure it all out.
What I do think would be nice is maybe adding holes to either the wings or the top itself.
Maybe the top can be a pastel green? Just get some fabric that you like and cut it up accordingly and make like a little corset that ties up either at the back or front with some brown string of some sort?
Accessories could be a flower crown maybe?

I think making the tulle skirt might be the easier thing to make.
The wings are going to be more time consuming. You haven't found any good tutorials?

Sadly I'm been brainwashed into always worrying about how I look.
So I always make sure I look nice before leaving my house.
It's so bad that I have to make sure that I look pretty to even go check the mailbox.
