@Cosmic: Haha, yeah. It was pretty obvious, but what I wasn't expecting was the... "response to it," let's say. To avoid potentially spoiling it for someone. I ALSO didn't catch the meme-spawning comment! Looking back on it, I should have. LOL
@Mica: You know it. Sebastian best boy. <3

@Lithinel: She's very pretty.

Saga Frontier is one that comes to mind. I feel as if it was such a good series but never really took off worldwide. Not sure how loved it is in Japan.

Wild Arms was another series I wanted to have a huge fanbase, but it just didn't do as well in NA that it did in Japan. You could say the same for most JRPGs though.

I finished P5 recently and... man, was it long, but at the same time I felt as if I was done in a few days. I was honestly a little disappointed. Not because it was a bad game, but because I hyped it into oblivion and beyond for myself. XD

I also completed P3 and P4, and maybe going through those actually spoiled my experience in some way. But yeah. The story was amazing. The characters were likeable. Specifically a certain individual voiced by Matt Mercer...

Still excited as hell for P6, though, since it was confirmed but needs a studio. The team that worked on Persona since forever won't make another game, and they're currently working on something called Project Re Fantasy. The fact that nearly the entire studio will be replaced for the new game has me both optimistic and... scared.
I can understand that addiction. I played for a good while and don't even like those types of games. >.>

Hrm, you could try out Persona 5. Think Pokemon with demons, if you're familiar with that series.

It's relatively new for the PS4 and polished far beyond the previous games... which are individual installments. The story isn't connected. There's a HUGE emphasis on storytelling, and a lot of the game is just exploring activities in the city. You can have relationships with people, go batting, read books, and etc. all while engaging in some combat when that becomes available in the plot.

The difficulty settings are quite flexible as well with there being a 'Safe' option which is easier than easy. Allows for newcomers who really want to just experience something, y'know?

Right?! It's where I fell in love with Will Smith. XD

Can't forget Carlton's famous dance moves. LOL

I remember waking up super early for Pokemon and Sailor Moon back when I attended elementary. XD

In the same vein, I remember being very eager to get home for Dragonball Z on Toonami. >.>

... and very early in my life, I recall sitting in front of the television watching Ronin Warriors. Most of the stuff I grew up with was cartoons/anime, but there was of course Nick TV. Fresh Prince of Bel-air comes to mind. LOL

I'm incredibly curious as to what this phenomenon could be. O.O

The closest thing I've had happen to me was a new feature on Discord. I had no idea where the sound was coming from, but I eventually found out it was someone calling me. XD

One other time that I can remember was an elusive musical ad placed on a program that was playing in the background of my computer...

Maybe it's something of that nature?
Why, the sweet dulcet tones of an Overwatch loot box of course!
(I don't think I am D: )

I really love a lot of games and it's hard to pick a single favorite, but I'd have to say... Persona 4. The main series itself - Shin Megami Tensei - is a favorite of mine, but Persona 4 is the only game where I actually replayed it straight after beating it.

But man, I'm a huge JRPG nerd. The Trails of and Tales of series are awesome. Dragon Quest is amazing, but 8 is the first one I played for the PS2. Good times. Of course Undertale is a possible candidate for my favorite just because of what one person could achieve with it... and hype aside, I was honestly touched by the game.

Ahh! There's too many!
