I am doing pretty good. Looking over my characters and working on adding to them.

Yep, they are tots as the base, a ground beef/sausage mixture (one lb of each), bacon, eggs with some ranch dressing packet mixed in, salt and pepper to taste, shredded cheddar folded in, bake and voila! Delicious!

We are going to make two breakfast bakes. One with tater tots, one without.

It's pretty good. Gotta run to the store later.
We are having my mother-in-law and family over for dinner tonight.
