@ephenay: I'm not working more than normal xD but I guess I'm filling my free time with the kitten and talking to my new friend. I dunno. starting a new relationship is weird. it's not part of my routine I guess

I do want to draw some this weekend. maybe also go somewhere and buy cute stickers or something to give my students before Christmas break xD

I still need to finish the coworker's cards too oof
I think I'm going to have to take those to a cafe so the cat isn't stepping on everything

@Tsundererra: ah that's a nice thing to check out sometime. I think I want to just make more art in general. I'm always talking/thinking about it because no art, no improvement haha. but it's like there are a million excuses not to do it |D

it's funny that I'm only learning to ask questions now that I've left America xD I am encouraging my students to do the same because it's definitely so Asian to take everything point blank. and I'm like ah I feel so American pushing them to be creative

@Lina: yes! I feel like I'm thinking of the same thing. they told people that something happened to them that they got from a reliable source and the next time they asked about it, they remembered it happening even though it was just a fake memory
there was also some study about the power of suggestion or something and how leading questions by investigators can really impact the way your memory is

@Lina: yeah! I have this "memory" of getting a perm but I'm pretty sure I just saw the pictures of me in the perm because I was pretty young. memories are so easy to fake/implant as well. it's wild. the mind is a flexible object

it's always a good idea to keep the mind busy. over thinking things in a big problem

oh no I don't work on the weekend. but I feel like I have only been able to do that this week during the week. no online time or anything. I literally did nothing today. just felt sleepy and took a nap and listened to music
