- For a little while I took benadryl until my gf shared somethign with me talking about the issues associated with taking it regularly, then it was some nyquil pill thing, then I stopped taking it cause we ran out then after about a month I started sleeping normally

- I got instant coffee a while back so I could just make a quick cup of it at school with the hot water dispenser and honestly it was a looot tastier than the walmart brand crap my mom usually gets

- I thought I had minor insomnia but once I stopped taking things that helped me sleep I realized that I was just doing that to myself and any night I wasn't able to sleep it was because it was lacking the sleepy chems the pills gave me
