There's something foul about the air here...
In summary of the french language: don't speak the last letter of any word ever, words with a bunch of vowels most likely are pronounced with two syllables, have fun with their gendered nouns because they have absolutely no rhyme or reason

Mostly difficult, not in the manner of the language itself, but how native speakers end up shortening the ever loving hell out of their statements so a question saying osmething like "Is he coming today" is shortened to like two words and it's hard to follow

There's other funny things about directly translating swedish, but since I'm so out of practice I can't really remember them

It's an amplifier, so it makes tasty --> delicious, which is bra ---> jattebra. The funny part is "jatte-" translates to "big", so "jattebra" translates directly to "big tasty" lol

A really funny thing about swedish is when you directly translate certain things like anything with the prefix "jatte-"

Also using the app to use community lessons is free, the official lessons cost like 60$ a year which is absurd to me

I use memrise since they allow you to use community-made lessons, so I can get things directly from swedish people since I've seen people saying the official Memrise translations are kinda weird

Like as far as I know the word "bra" doesn't have a proper direct translation but in general it means "good"

Idk memrise helps a lot with figuring out all the right phrasing and translations so I have a better method of working with it, even when the words don't have direct translations

It's a lot easier for me to do the opposite, when I understand phrases and how they work together, it helps me understand a lot more of the translating so it's a lot faster
