OMG SAME.
So a couple of weeks ago, I made a "no laptop in bed" rule but... it didn't really help me fall asleep >.>
so here I am back in bed lol

I can't bring myself to get out of bed as soon as I wake up. I need to ease into my return into the awake world lol.

These days I sleep for like 9 hours and don't get up... for a while lol.
I've been trying to bring it back down to 7 hours but ugh eh... sleep good.
