Same. You really hit the point with the concentration part. I feel like my attention span is getting shorter and shorter every day (｡•́︿•̀｡)

I feel like a good general rule is that... the maximum length of a break should be the time you spent working 🤔 of course I tend to have my breaks longer than my productive time XD

@Tuijp: There's some veggies that can grow pretty much everywhere but if u have seasons tho then idk but when all else fails, I think microgreens would work. Been wanting to try growing some of those myself 🤔
