Alright, I've had lunch now it's time to go run to the post office to get my letter in the mail and then onto the craft store

I'll be back

They make a fabric cutting machine too apparently, which I think would be great fun to play with for stuff like applique on quilts. They're so expensive though.

Yeah, it can be fun to just browse.

And things do seem to be overpriced at some stores, like, if I'm going to spend my hard earned money on craft supplies I'm going to look for good quality things. Sure, can be more expensive that way, but things tend to last longer too though, so its almost cheaper in the long run.

I dont buy a whole lot of craft supplies at the store here in town but I do get some stuff there. Sometimes they dont have what I'm looking for or things are too expensive for the quality of the item you get.

I should swing by the local craft store on my way home since I still need a presser foot for my sewing machine.

Alright I'm back from the store.

Got some food and snacks, some more wet food for the cats, and a few other little things I needed.

Still got to go to the post office, but 8m gonna eat lunch first.

Yeah, I haven't had breakfast either. I'm about to make a run to the store for some food. And then I need to run to the post office, forgot I have a letter I need to get in the mail.

I had some rice with just a bit of sweet chili sauce for supper the other night and it was good. Nothing wrong with rice.

Nuts are expensive. Especially nuts like cashews and pistachios.

And I can't imagine too many people would actually have flax seed in their kitchen. Isn't that mainly considered a kind of health food?

The recipe I found was for a gingerbread spritz cookie, I think about the oddest thing that called for was a tiny pinch of white pepper.

Aquafaba in a cookie? Yuck.

If the recipe is good, and If i can figure out how to work the press, I'll probably do some holiday baking and bring treats into work this holiday season. But that's a ways away yet.

Neither have I, but I was browsing pinterest the other week and came across a spritz cookie recipe that sounded tasty, and they recommended the cookie press they used as a good one eto use so I bought one and a set of Christmas themed disks to go with the press. I'm gonna try out the recipe I found.
