@Lithinel: I understand. I panic before job interviews too and also if I have to go to therapy, which is why I never continued it. Talking to a therapist did not help me anyway. I can just as easily talk to my mom or people online. All the therapist did was diagnose me with generalized anxiety and social anxiety, which I already knew. I'm OK with talking to my family on the phone because I live with them, but I don't talk to friends either. If I get phone calls, I ignore them and then text my friend saying "Why did you call me? You know I won't answer!" XD
