We have no A/C here, and it is over 100. I'm posting on here in slight sadness, since sleep is now impossible.

Everyone tells us to get an air conditioner, but it is too expensive to run it, since they raised the rates for electricity. :/

@Neko: I agree. It can be hard to earn shells if the site is quiet, as well.
Then to get 3555664567 pairs of arm floaties for all your hard work is maddening. XDD;;

I hope we at least have the chance to purchase our missing items later on, either after the event ends or toward the tail end of it. :3

@Glume: Ohhh, those kind of places are neat. I love watching documentaries of stuff like that. Urban exploration looks like a lot of fun to me, except for the extreme respiratory hazards (mold, asbestos, etc.) and potential attacks by hobos and drug lords. XDD;;; There's this image in my mind of having a photoshoot of very grandly dressed people in a destroyed, decaying castle, going on with the feast like nothing happened.

...I seem to have a particular fascination with them.

Houses that changed, the rooms that aren't there anymore. Roads that were changed or diverted or abandoned. I love to see evidence of things that once were. I much prefer those past versions to the current ones. There are places in my nearby area that I plan to explore before I die.

Even indirectly, I love what once was. Material cut from video games, scrapped or changed versions of fine art...

Does anyone else have this fascination? :x
