@0v7: ive cut out alot of sugar fizzy drinks being the main one.. i have like 2 fizzy drinks a week instead of drinking them daily now.. cold water quenches my thirst better...
Definitely keep up on ur water intake especially with that hot weather.. stay hydrated

@xanthan: yeah i try to get her to watch things that i used to like but she takes melt downs lmao i do narrate things for her thats how shes been learning fast i teach her everything i can.. i put on a sea life documentary on earlier and she seemed to enjoy it.. i think she will be a nerd like me hehe

Yeah me too shes my heart.. aww everything happens for a reason.. u were both meant to have a child together... id love another one but after the scary time i had with my daughter its really put me off unfortunately

@0v7: i used to drink coffee alot.. but then i stopped its not good for anxiety lol i do like a starbucks coffee tho.. id have a cup of tea now and again.. my favourite fizzy drinks would be orange lucozade or mountain dew.. lately ive been drinking alot of icey water.. i love it especially on hot days
