Also, I’ve already started making avatars with Botanist, but they’re in Photoshop for now...

@eleven: rock is my go to. I have stations by era or rock, and by sub genre. And specific artists or songs I want to find similar things too.
I have an oldies, the 60s wave of popular Brazilian song in America, 90s dance, anime themes, Korean pop, Disney songs, classical, instrumental hip hop, chillstep, modern swing... anything that randomly pops up that sounds interesting gets its own station.

@Colan: I never noticed that! I guess I have a look. XD

@Castiel: anything written before like... the 70s or 80s and I sometimes have to look up words. Language just changes so much over time! Poe has amazing rhythm to his words. It’s often like a poem or song almost. But I think sometimes that means he picked odd words so they would fit the rhythm. XD

@wiltedrose: for the most part, we’re all trying to help each other out, so there are lots of guides and helpful threads around.
There are some great threads in the charities forum for helping people get started on Voltra too. And even if you don’t want items, it’s a good place to find friendly people to talk to!

@eleven: I love music.
I listen all the time. At work, when I’m online, when I’m drawing, when I’m crafting or just hanging around.
Basically it’s never silent.
I have probably 100 pandora stations too, because I like so many different kinds of music.

If you ever feel like you’re having a problem with someone don’t be shy about contacting staff. Everyone wants you to feel safe and welcome!

Fozzy and q t e a p o n are the admins and although you don’t always see them around (because they’re so busy) they are honestly the nicest people! If you ever need anything I’m sure they’d be happy to help. All of the staff is lovely so don’t be afraid of them. (I personally get shy around staff some places but not here)

@Castiel: I got like halfway through Memnoch the Devil (Anne Rice’s vampires 5) but a huge portion of the book is a long monologue from the devil about the earth being created and the beginning of time. I just got bored and stopped reading..

I love The Raven and Telltale Heart, And also The Pit and the Pendulum, The Black Cat, Monkey’s Paw. There probably isn’t a thing he’s writing that I wouldn’t like!
