where i'm currently staying, it's $350 the lowest i've seen and $600 the highest i've seen.

tbh i didn't realise that was the reason rent is so high in california. georgia has like an even amnt of housing and jobs but the further u go down, the less jobs there are so the housing is much less. surprisingly
