Yeah I tried to listen to the first season about a year ago but I fell behind really quick so I'm trying to get at least somewhat up to date. XD

Ok I'm doing it. I'm doing the thing. But I'm starting at Season 2 this time.

I do usually now. Getting a new mattress and lowering my stress levels helped a lot. When those fail I turn to medication, but I haven't had to take that in some time.

I used to have reoccurring nightmares when I was little. One was literally "the floor is lava" and I had to jump across furniture to get to the escape tunnel at the far side of the room. The other was being chased by a big purple monster that ate people. And before you ask, no it wasn't a 1 eyed 1 horned flying purple people eater. Though it is quite weird what we consider scary while in the scope of the dream.

Well for a long time I just didn't dream at all. Turns out I was never getting past the first stage of sleep so my sleep was not helping me at all. Ha ha ha. ಢ▽ಢ

But yeah I do have dreams like that sometimes too. Like you've been fighting a rebellion all night and you just want to catch some Z's by the time you wake up.

The teeth ones though man. Those always weird me out. Dream analysis places gonna tell you it signals death, but really it just signals your fear of some major change in your life.

But at least you're reaching that rem state if you are actually having dreams.
