@Amber Lynne: Ah that's a neat way to do :3
I'll give that a try sometime. Right now atm, maybe is freakin winter here and is cold, I don't usually have to wait too long for the paint to dry. And I learn from other artists that I should work on other parts of the drawing while waiting.
Watching how other artists use watercolour on youtube really helps a lot ^^

Well honestly, I wish I could sing too. My whole family can sing except me and I used to sing too... but alone by myself also. I guess I have the same anxiety and I only sang to my closest friends but not in front of my family. They wiill ask me to sing before but I always abruptly say no. I still don't understand why I act like that way, maybe the pressure of me the only one who's not singing is too much for me maybe =3=

@Amber Lynne: Yeah that's what I learn on my last art piece... I ended up discarding it and started over again. Patience is not my best trait but I'm trying lol xD

@TheGreatPretender: Alright :3
How do you like to be drawn? Pencil or ink?
Headshot, full body or half body?

@Amber Lynne: Ah is definitely the paper then, I'm using Canson XL, is what I can afford right now. Ooh I love strathmore but never tried the watercolor paper. Sigh art supplies is never cheap and I strive for cheap stuff... if I can

@Amber Lynne: Hehe I guess there's always no shortcuts towards that :viosweat:
My mixing skills... is well not so bad just a lot of trial and error and wasted paint sometimes
I just bought some new watercolour paper and so far is holding the water very well but I do have that bad habit of not giving enough time to let the paint to dry and putting too much water until it gets that bad stain. Not sure if it's the paper or me [most likely me]

@Amber Lynne: ooh! I'm gonna try that then~
Tbh I don't use much of Reeves also, I only use it when I'm mixing colours. Kinkade is awesome idk much about the brand since my mother gave it to me as a gift but I get more variety of the colours than Reeves. If i can I'll avoid mixing anything to get the colour I want which maybe I should get some blocks set I saw online that has so many variety of colours *q*

And any helpful tips for first timer like me? I may have a little bit of experience but I still struggle with watercolour TwT

@Amber Lynne: I only have tubes right now but I may have to buy some blocks in the future. I have two sets of tubes; Reeves and Thomas Kinkade. Some of those tubes the paint inside completely went solid hard. And idk how to fix that :/
